• Reviews daily work schedule with Creative Director & the marketing program manager
• Manages detailed production schedules across all jobs and publishes a daily production status report to ensure complete and constant transparency and clarity across all team members of schedules and job status
• Expedites all “crisis jobs.” Majority of work should flow through creative/production on a reasonable, scheduled basis, as directed and supervised by the Creative Director & program manager
• Foresees potential scheduling and delivery conflicts early and proactively proposes solutions for resolution for review by the Creative Director and program manager
• Assist Creative Director and program manager in scheduling creative briefings, project kickoff meetings, execution meetings and pre-production meetings when required
• Manages internal routing of all concepts, layouts, artwork and proofs for review
• Makes sure all materials are properly signed off and approved by Creative Director and the CMO
• Solicits scope of work documents and associated cost estimates from outside vendors, including photographers, freelance creative resources, and other resources as required by Creative Director
• Assists creative team in maintaining and archiving all files in an organized and consistent manner, including artwork, photography, and video files
• Compile media capabilities packets for prospective clients as well as presentations and proposals.
